Understanding car Finance
- Total cost of the car
- Deposit contributed by you
- The length of the term – between 24 months (2 years) to 60 months (5 Years)
- The interest rate offered by the lender
APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is the amount of interest you’re charged per year, onto of the cost of the car.
You may be able to part exchange your current car, to increase the size of the deposit and reduce the overall payments. This will have to be discussed with the dealer to get a offer for the part exchange.
